Accountabilities 职责
1.Set up RTM Packages implementation plan aligned with HQ and local related dept.
2.Map target market with AS-IS RTM Model/POC/WHS network
3.Analyze and design To-Be-Model based on AS-IS Mapping
4.Facilitate local team for sales structure build up with SST (sales force sizing tool)
5.Facilitate and cooperate with HQ FSM team for FSM implementation
6.Facilitate local team for Techsales (WCCS/SFA) implementation
7.Facilitate local team for WS performance review with scorecard
8.Manage RTM specialists to achieve aligned target
Qualifications and Technical competencies required 资历和专业能力要求
Education 教育
Bachelor degree and above
Experience 经验
Be familiar with the sales process of FMCG industry
Sales experience in related industry for 5+ years
Team management experience for 1+ years
Technical competencies 专业能力:
Good at both English speaking and writing is preferred
Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent project management skills
Effective communication skills
