职位描述：
1、To make new formulations and design manufacturing process for new product development: selecting proper APIs, excipients, making prototypes, scaling up batches including pilot and trial batches 从事新产品配方,工艺的开发: 包括选择合适的原辅料, 配方工艺的确定, 制备样品, 工艺中试和大试放大。
2、As needed, to provide technical support to HZ CHC IA site including modifying / optimizing existing formulations and manufacturing processes as well as trouble shooting根据需要, 为工厂提供技术服务: 改进, 优化现有配方和工艺以及解决技术难题。

岗位要求：
1、At least a B.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.具备大学以上的药学或化学或化工学历。
2、Minimum 2 years of formulation and process working experience in health food or pharma industries.至少2年以上的从事保健品或制药业方面的配方和工艺的工作经验。
3、Understand China SFDA regulations on health food and drug products.了解中国药监局对保健食品和药的法规要求并能将其灵活应用到产品开发中。
4、Good communication including writing technical report and presenting results in front of small group of people.很好的语言交流能力. 能独立完成撰写研发报告并在小组上汇报成果。
5、Proficient in using Microsoft word, excel and PPT.熟悉MS Word, Excel & PPT。
6、Basic project management.基本的项目管理技能。
7、Good English level.良好的英语沟通能力。
