职位描述

岗位职责：

Job Responsibilities:

１、根据公司年度中国市场的健康药业的和全球IDI产品开发计划和策略, 参予制定, 部门的短期(1-3年)和长期（3-5年）的项目计划，管理研发计划时间和预算；并能实施赛诺菲的ＳＯＰｓ；实验室，实验数据的管理，存档。

Participate in making short term (1 to 3 years) and long term (3 to 5 years) product development plans for HZ ID&I based on the strategy of CHC China, and global ID&I product and project pipeline; manage product development timeline and budget as well as other management responsibilities including implementing Sanofi SOPs, lab, file and data record management for HZ IDI.

２、带领团队进行新产品的设计和研发方案: 配方,工艺的开发和放大,分析方法的建立和验证,以及质量标准的制定，并对已有的产品进行工艺更新和改进,有创新精神。

Lead HZ IDI team to conduct new product development including formulation, processing, analytical method development, product specification development as well as pilot / production scale up, and provide technical support to optimize or trouble shooting for the current manufacturing processes for marketed products, strive for innovations.

３、同其它团队密切合作(市场部,医学部,注册部,工业事务部-杭州健康药业工厂, QC/QA以及原料采购部)以保证按时完成ＨＺＩＤＩ的各项任务: 带领ＨＺＩＤＩ制定和管理开发项目的时间表, 组织会议和会议纪录．组织产品设计实验方案并进行小试,中试, 试验批,验证批的生产，提供样品及文件以配合项目报批工作顺利进行。

Work closely with cross functional teams including CHC marketing, medical, regulatory as well as Industrial Affairs- HZ CHC, QC/QA and purchasing dept. to ensure the completion of all HZ IDI tasks in a timely manner including leading HZ IDI team to make and manage development timeline, organize meetings and record meeting minutes, make lab prototypes, pilot, qualification and validation batches, and prepare technical documents for dossier submission.

４、带领杭州ＩＤＩ团队遵守公司合规要求开展各项工作包括实验室的管理，安全操作，职业道德。

Lead HZ IDI team to be compliant with all related Sanofi SOPs including SOPs for lab　operation, HSE, ethics, etc.

任职资格：

Qualifications:

１、本科以上学历，药剂、制药类等相关专业，8年以上制药行业相关工作经验。

Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in pharmaceutical or chemistry or chemical engineering with minimum 8 years of working experience in a GMP certified health food or pharmaceutical company, preferred working experience in a multi-national company.

２、具有实际的保健品产品配方，工艺开发以及中试和大试放大的经验并了解如何建立和验证分析方法，质量标准。

Experience in making health food product formulation, technology transfer, processing development and pilot & production scale up and understanding how to establish an analytical method / method validation and product specification as well as actually played in a leading in launching health food products, preferred VMS products.

３、理解目前中国保健品产品开发的法规要求，理解并掌握食品原辅料和药品原辅料质量标准的差异并能灵活的应用到实际的产品开发中去。

Understanding of current SFDA regulation requirement for health food product development; fully understand the differences between food grade and pharma grade APIs and excipients and are capable of applying it in health food new product development including selections of raw materials and analytical method / product specification development.

４、有至少两年管理产品开发项目或团队的工作经历。

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or managing a small product development team .

５、具有优秀的沟通、协调能力及团队领导能力。

Good interpersonal and communication, leadership skills.

６、值得信赖, 具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Reliable, good problem diagnosis and solving skills.

７、团队精神。

Strong team player.
