我们正在寻找一名新员工，在广州工作，会与我们的海外销售团队一起开发新的业务。

Job Summary

Performs a wide variety of duties related to sales

Duties & Responsibilities

Specific duties including, but not restricted to:
* Promote and develop our Europe Key Trade Lane via locally generated sales in Guangzhou and WPRD area
* Support existing key clients on the Europe market
* Develop potential and sustainable customer relationships by utilising exclusively EDI customers relationship management (CRM).
* Develop and maintain customer relation and loyalty
* Promote Import / Export sales
* Answer all assigned customers / overseas e-mails/faxes overnight in a professional manner
* In-Dept Sales at existing customers
* Communicate with Overseas Offices, Agents concerning sales
* Set Goal with overseas offices on key markets for mutual development
* Provide sales information to overseas
* Respond to incoming sales leads within 3 days
* Focus on key target markets (KTL)
* Issue professional looking quotations in EDI enterprise
* Up-date own customer's information in the deliverance
* Follow the credit control procedures in place
* Deliver Top Customer Service, by exceeding customers’ expectations
* Familiar with the Rohlig Quality System in place, and operate in accordance

Skills & Educational Requirements

* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
* Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software
* Good customer service and telephone skills

Inter Relationships

Good contact with all personnel within the company and with clients and vendors
