职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Support R & D product design engineer to make the new product test plan and execute the plan
(负责协助R&D设计工程师制定新产品导入过程中所需的相关测试计划并负责实施。)
2. Responsible to prepare the product quality control plan (负责制定产品的质量控制计划。)
3. Work with ME to solve all production quality issues (和ME一起负责解决产品生产过程中出现的所有质量问题。)
4. Responsible to handle customer complain (主导处理客户投诉。)
5. Responsible for customer quality system/process audit (主导客户质量体系/流程审核。)
6. Support components suppliers to solve all mold/die/production relative quality issues ( 协助供应商解决零件开模/生产过程中有关质量问题。)
7. Support R&D design engineer to follow & address the engineering change (协助R&D工程师跟进和处理工程变更。)
8. Responsible measurement equipment daily maintenance & calibration (负责检测仪器的日常维护保养和校验。)

岗位要求
1. At least 3 years work experience on manufacturing process experience, over 1 year connector manufacturing process experience, automotive connector or aviation connector process experience will be the priority 至少3年以上品质工作经验，1年以上连接器行业制造经验，有汽车连接器或航空连接器经验优先
2. Familiar with ISO9001，TS16949 quality system and relative quality tools such as QC 7 tools
       熟悉ISO9001，TS16949等质量体系以及相关的品质工具，如QC 7大手法
3. Good analysis & trouble shooting ability
       有较强的分析问题和解决问题能力
4. Good command English include reading and writing
