职位描述：
职责Responsibilities：
1.系统维护 System Maintain
1）维护系统内的产品结构和物料的主要参数，保证其与工程的一致性 Maintain the product structure and item master in MFG/PRO system and ensure they are in-line with released engineering BOM
2）将工程BOM转化为系统内的，并保证系统的与实际生产工艺和采购状况一致 Convert the engineering BOM into MFG/PRO BOM and ensure it is in-line with the manufacturing process and purchasing status
3）当有技术变更时及时更新系统内的BOM Update BOM in MFG/PRO whenever engineering changes are implemented
4）及时更新和检查系统内的物流参数，保证其准确性，如安全库存，提前期等 Update and check logistics data in MFG/PRO timely and ensure the accuracy of data base, such as safety stock, lead-time and etc
5）整理部门的程序文件 Arrange and consolidate the department procedure documentation
6）SAP 库存录入和实际收货的一致性 Ensure SAP record is in-line with real receiving
2. ECO协调员,领导公司ECR跟踪和ECO执行. ECO coordinator: Lead plant ECR tracking and ECO deployment.
3. 实施计划工作改善项目. Deploy logistics project: E-supplier, LISA, and Milk Run.
4. 领导盘点及库存差异分析并通过流程改善和监控实现库存精度目标Lead stock counting and gap analysis, achieve stock accuracy target by optimize material control procedure and monitor the process
5. 团队成员管理 Team Management
1）与团队成员共同工作，紧密关注物料的补充 Daily contact with all team members, close management of the material replenishment
2）指导团队成员如何工作以达到目标 Coach team members in how to perform their role
3）支持和协助下属解决问题 Support and help to fix problems
4）保持严谨和严格要求（供应商管理，物料短缺，发货延迟等） Ensure discipline and rigor (supplier management, material shortage, delivery delayed…)
5）重视和执行安全程序，政策以及指示 Ensure the respect of safety instructions, policies and procedures
6. 发展团队 Development of the team
1）制定培训计划加强团队的自主性，确保团队得到培训和指导 Build training plan to increase team autonomy; ensure training and coaching of team members
2）为团队成员作年度的评估 Manage annual performance interviews for all team members
3）为下属制定发展计划（适时地在部门经理和人事部经理的确认和支持下）如培训，工作变动 Plan development of the people (validation and support from logistic manager and Human Resources Manager when appropriate): training, job evolution
4）确认下属的多岗位和多技能 Validation of polyvalence and poly-competency
5）保证基于个人绩效的对下属的激励：升职建议和调薪；参与确定 Ensure recognition upon individual performance: propose promotion and merit increase; take part of the decision process
6) 保证信息在团队内的有效传递：5分钟会，常规的信息会议，紧急问题和重要公告的及时传达 Ensure proper flow of information to and from the team: top 5 with GAP Leaders, regular information meetings, rapid cascade of critical information and of messages from management

任职要求Qualifications：

The ideal candidate will have/be:
1.Excel, Word等办公软件的使用 Use Excel, Word… Officer software
2.SAP系统的使用 SAP system use
3.MRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解 MRP logistic understanding
4.BOM 的了解 BOM understanding
5.库存分析能力 inventory analysis
6.进出口业务的流程 import and export business process
7.EFI/C-Parten客户系统的了解 Familiar with EFI/C-Partner system.
8.供应商管理和供货业绩评估能力 Supplier management and delivery performance assessment skill
