职位描述：
职责：
1. Definition of the right suppliers based on the products to be purchased;
2. Definition and negotiation of the general conditions of supply based on cost, quality and service level;
3. Verification and management of the suppliers’ reliability;
4. Purchase Budget control in terms of variance;
5. Establishment of a correct partnership with the suppliers;
6. Establishment of a good cooperation with the team (mktg, quality and R&D) in order to guarantee a coordination of all the steps of development and of corrective actions;
7. Continuous scouting of new suppliers and alternatives;
8. Being proactive in solutions (products and processes) .
要求：
1. +5 years experience;
2. Fluent spoken and written English;
3. Ability with main software instruments (Office, Email, Internet);
4. Ability in keeping the relationships;
5. Ability in working in a team;
6. Knowledge of the factories management and structures;
7. Ability in commercial negotiation;
8. Moral and professional integrity;
9. Authonomy;
10. Chance to travel frquently ;
