Job Title: Sourcing & PD Assistant & Website Data Entry
Location: Foshan
Reporting To: PD & Sourcing Supervisor

Data entry and data validation for website database:
Entry level job with good opportunity to become webmaster of our website. The applicant will be part of the team building the foundation of our website. The applicant will need to input data and verify data in our product data base. The applicant will also need to generate promotional text. Once the website goes live, the applicant will be in charge of content maintenance, new content upload and other requests.

Skills:
-Good speaking and english writing
-Good in Excel
-Autodidact skills
-Auto software knowledge is a plus

Key Responsibilities: The Sourcing and PD Assistant is responsible for helping PD department to develop new products. These responsibilities include:
- Documentation processing for customer compliance
- Supervision of photo shooting for new products
- Maintain and keep updated the products specification sheets
- Maintain and keep updated the Supplier database

Requirements:
- BS / BA required
- Self-motivated, able to manage complex situations and issues and negotiate price and terms and conditions with minimum supervision
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills and communicates information on a timely basis
- PC skills, including use of the Internet for communication, excel spreadsheet analysis, and word-processing
- Demonstrated understanding of Supplier evaluation/selection processes and manufacturing processes. Should have good familiarity with materials, material specifications and grades
- Well-developed organization, planning and follow-up skills are critical to success
