Operation Sr.Manager/Director
Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resourcing, including day-to-day operations, and lead an organization to collaborate in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Communicate and execute business unit operational objectives and assignments.
Define and oversee operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives. Including ensuring ISO & safety standards are adhered to.
Coach the operations leadership team.
Meet with site leadership team at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI’s.
Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers.
Partner with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives and bring it to fulfillment.
Direct and control the activities of leaders in production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and logistics.
Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
Collaborate with team to complete assignments given.

1)At least 13 years working experience in the industry with solid experience of team managements
2)Focus on PCBA area and should have SMT and box build experience of electronic assembly for finishing products
3)Experience of serving particular client with particular business size and operational size
4)Working experience in our competitors would be appreciated
