职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Accounts Payable team and ensure the smooth operation of team;
- Monitor the day-to-day accounts payable process;
- Responsible for leading, motivating and assigning work in the team;
- Improve process and motivate staff to involve in the improvement;
- Handle team issues & complaints and track solutions;
- Prepare analysis schedules and ad-hoc reports;
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required.

Basic requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- An accounting certificate from the People’s Republic of China is preferable;
- A minimum of four years of accounting experience, with at least two years of supervisory experience;
- Knowledge of SAP is a definite advantage;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese is a definite advantage;
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, be a team player.

工作职责
- 管理应付账款团队和确保团队工作的正常运转；
- 监督日常应付账款流程；
- 负责分配团队成员的工作，引导并激励团队成员；
- 改善工作流程并鼓励团队成员参与改善；
- 能够有效处理团队的问题和投诉并跟踪解决方案；
- 准备分析报表和其他临时报告；
- 完成安排的其他临时工作。

基本要求
- 大学本科学历；
- 持有会计从业资格证；
- 四年或以上财务工作经验，两年或以上团队管理经验；
- 能够使用SAP系统尤佳；
- 熟练使用微软办公室软件；
- 良好的英语沟通能力，熟练使用粤语尤佳；
- 优秀的分析、沟通和组织能力；
- 能独立开展工作，并能承担一定的工作压力；有团队合作精神。
