1. Job Purpose (Brief introduction of the job content)
? Primary purpose is to provide confidential and superior-quality secretarial and administrative support to Center Director in his daily activities, including communications both locally and globally.
? Also to support Center Business Development activities such as coordinating Client Visits, liaison with Global Win Center and managing Marketing /Branding events.

3. Key Result Areas (Service Delivery, Continuous Improvements, Contribution to Selling Process, Managing & Controlling the Project, Team Management/People Leadership, Team Work, etc)
Providing full administrative and co-ordination support to Center Director.
Takes ownership and accountability of all issues and resolves independently.
Acting as the first point of contact for all queries, meetings and correspondence:
? Support Center Director in both internal meetings, such as Management and Staff Meeting; and external meetings such as with Clients, potential customers, Government Officials, seminars and public events.
? Support and facilitating senior level visits to China e.g. Group VIPs, Client Visits, etc.
? Maintain working relationships with Global. Assists as liaison point in Global Delivery Network and Communication team.
? Secretarial assistance in drafting communications/ announcements and coordination for timely completion of monthly reports.
? Ad-hoc projects such as Marketing/Industrial information research.
4. Person Specification:
A. Skills (languages, basic skills, soft-skills, etc)
? Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
? Superb language skills, speaking and writing in English and Chinese.
? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
B. Education / Academic Background
? College Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
? Secretarial qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
? Oversea experience is a plus.
C. Knowledge
? Business awareness of BPO or Share Services Center is a plus.
D. Experience (type/time)
? Previous experience (3yrs+) in PA role.
? Experience of working in an international organization and/or well-travelled personally.
? Experience of managing diaries and organizing travel.
E. Personal Trait (Personalities/Personal Attributes/Characteristics, Values, Motives)
? Handling information in a confidential manner.
? Mature and independent, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
F. Behaviours Required (identifiable/specific/observable, independent / not overlap, comprehensive/all important behaviours are listed, manageable/not excessive)
