在猎头顾问或助理顾问的指导下做人才招聘工作。
1. 充分理解企业的招聘需求，对特定岗位做出完整的职位分析，形成自己的判断；
2. 制定完善的人才招聘方案；
3. 对人才进行初步甄选，完成初步面试，做出人才推荐报告；
4. 对人才的职业发展规划充分理解；
5. 实时跟踪面试并反馈面试结果；
6. 向企业提供合适人选的背景调查，薪资谈判及后续跟踪；
7. 协调客户与被雇佣者之间的职业关系，关注企业和被雇佣者的职业发展；
8. 深入理解客户企业的发展前景，维护客户关系。

职位要求：
1. 一年以上销售工作经验；
2. 本科以上学历优先，专业不限，英语流利，四级或六级以上优先；
3. 对大型企业人力资源及组织架构有一定了解；
4. 乐观勤奋，谦虚，善于发现他人的优点；
5. 行为主动，具有强烈的个人成就感和创新精神；
6. 为他人传递价值的服务精神；
7. 持有《人力资源管理师》证三级或以上优先。

Recruiting Consultant
Job Description
Work with consultants to complete the talent-searching tasks.
1. Fully understand customer's recruiting requirements, and make complete job description for specific position;
2. Make feasible talent recruiting solutions;
3. Make the first selection among all candidates, with clean and professional recommendation reports ;
4. Fully understand talents career development planning with mutual suggestions;
5. Arrange the interview process and provide all necessary assistance both for customers and candidates;
6. Provide customer the intended candidate's background investigation report, with necessary negotiation on position salary, and other services;
7. Coordinate the relationship between customer and the employed applicants;
8. In-depth communication on customer's business development, maintaining close customer partnership.

Job requirement
1. At least one year experience on sales;
2. Bachelor degree is preferred, excellent English skill both on oral and writing, CET 4 or 6 is preferred, no major requirement.
3. An understanding on human resources and organizational structure of large enterprises is preferred;
4. Diligent, optimistic, good listener, a good insight on others advantages;
5. Proactive action, creative and individual achievement motivation;
6. Ready service spirit for customer and candidates.
7. Holder of Human Resources Manager Certificate 3rd class or above is preferred. 举报 分享
