职位描述：
Job Responsibilities工作职责(此职位需要经常出差）


1. Communicate quality and technical issues clearly;

沟通和传达质量和技术方面的问题；

2. To follow up on the production schedule and testing;

跟踪生产进度和测试；

3. Arrange independent third party laboratory sample testing of each batch of product;

安排第三方实验室对每批样品进行测试；

4. Collect all the required QC documents, sort into QCdocumentation folder;

收集和整理质量文件；

5. Carry out IPQC, FQC/PSI and report to customer;

执行过程检验，最终检验/出货前检验，向客户报告；

6. Monitor supplier to implement the quality standards as agreed upon;

监视供应商，按照商定的质量要求进行生产并不断改进产品质量；

7. Drive and ensure continuous control and improvement of supplier quality performance;

确保供应商持续改进；

8. Handle customer’s complaints, work together with supplier to find out the root causes, drive corrective actions and preventive actions, and implement them.

处理客户投诉，与供应商一起找出问题根源并提出解决方案。



Skills &Qualifications技巧机能

1. Passion to work with high integrity;

为人正直，对工作有激情；

2. More than 3 years’ experience in hand-tools, screwdrivers, pliers and similar products;

3年以上工作经验，有工具，螺丝刀, 五金，塑胶和钳子方面的经验；

3. Be familiar with various inspection tools and gages including caliper,thickness gages etc.;

熟悉各种测量工具，比如卡尽，膜厚尺等；

4. Associate or above degree, prefer major in Engineering/Machinery;

大专或以上学历，机械方面优先；

5. Good level of English on both reading and writing;

英文读写流利；

6. Excellent communication skills.

出色的沟通技艺。

1. Flexible salary depending on skills between 4,000 and 7,000 RMB per month after tax.

根据技巧熟练程度不同在税后4000-7000之间；
