职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、收集在建，已建的项目信息，负责对拓展项目进行现场踏勘，采集竞争对手等市场数据信息；
2、准确高效地完成项目、客户信息收集及资料整理工作，进行市场研究及分析定位；
3、针对行业发展及公司战略发展，拓展新的项目渠道，按照KPI指标完成相应的业务拓展指标；
4、进行目标项目的前期沟通、拜访、跟进、谈判以及后期关系维护；
5、上级安排的其他工作事项。
 
 
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历、十年以上综合型物业（商场、住宅、写字楼）的物业管理经验,同等职位具备5年以上地产项目拓展从业经验，熟悉商业地产和相关市场状况，有参与前期提报与竞标经验；
2、具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力、沟通能力、客户服务意识，有较强的目标感和行动力；
3、具备公关、组织能力、资源整合能力，拥有比较丰富的房开发商资源和人脉，有相关部门资源优先，有与大品牌开发商合作经验者优先；
4、具备较强的谈判能力；具有开拓精神，能承受较大的工作压力，善于处理人际关系，亲和力强;
