Job description:

Responsible for the safety of people in his area of responsibility, and for safety of his vendors.
Introduce in the Lean Manufacturing practice, coach and train relevant people, implement it.
According to sales forecast, organize resources (manpower, machines, energy, components, material, training...
Is responsible for the quality of all products made, and identifying the control point.
Quick feedback to customer regarding to delivery, quality and other issues.
Is responsible for keeping company assets in good shape with a good availability.
Is responsible for internal wip stock value, and finished goods stock value.
Is responsible for production cost control, through reducing waste, scrap, improve human resources effectiveness.
Is responsible for production line layout and improve continuously to achieve the goal of line balance and value added.
Is responsible for the training for the personnel in the Production Department
Comply to the relevant law.
Continuous improvement
Control the environment and accident related with own job

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree of engineering related major;
More than 10 years hands on shopfloor management experiences in foreign invested manufacturing company;
Fluent English communications skill- especially listening and talking;
Be familiar with TS system and ISO system;
Knowledge in HT treatment process is a plus, but not a must.
