Primary Responsibilities:
? Advise business management and AFG HR directors on employee, organizational and business issues, like advice on the internal organization of the AFGs and optimization of available human resources (including: strategic business planning, staffing, recruiting, developing, evaluating, motivating and retaining employees.)
? Account manager for total HR Administration& EHS service
? Implement and coordinate all applicable Corporate and/or AFG HR systems and initiatives.
? Assure a high quality work force that meets current and future business objectives through: assessing future need of human resources, recruitment, succession planning and through continuous development of people, implementing and guarding MD policy and training hereby taking into account labor and training budgets. Being responsible for recruitment, remuneration and retention activities in M-Tech.
? Assuring quality of the HR discipline internationally on site within responsibility, by ensuring quality of HR functions, HR advice and registration of HR data.
? Act as a change agent in the implementation of organizational and cultural changes: Direct organizational change initiatives and support high level OD interventions, including management coaching, management team development, and organizational design and re-structuring, culture building.
? HR/business relationship: sustain committed and productive business/HR relationship. Develop contracts for delivery of service(s).
? Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations: build and maintain clear understanding of specific HR requirements and compliance of all location within Resins businesses in Shunde.
? Act as a sounding board/advocate for employees to help management be successful: ensure good communication around policy, objectives, performance and employee related issues, remove barriers to individual performance
? Leadership of virtual HR team: provide leadership and direction to HR service staff dedicated to supporting HR/OD work in defined business areas. Coach the HR employees so as to create a working environment that enables them to perform their activities at the appropriate level and to develop their skills accordingly.
? Provide advice on HR issues to individual employees.
? Comply with and promote SHE regulations by ensuring SHE regulations and facilities are in place; monitoring if the regulations are followed up and correctly used; making SHE a regular subject of discussion in team meetings; fulfilling a warning function; and calling employees to account for their SHE behavior / attitude.
? Manages and controls the departmental budget.

Education and Equivalent:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with full-time education;
2. Majored in HR or management.

Working Experience and Skills:
1. Bachelor degree or higher or equivalent experience in business administration/ social sciences / law / psychology / economics.
2. Generalist HR management background, at least 5 year relevant HR experience or equivalent line management/general business experience with at least 3 years in HR Management of team(s).
3. Knowledge of and experience in other relevant disciplines
4. Broad view on management models and business processes.
5. Managerial and social knowledge and experience
6. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, both Chinese and English) and social skills.
7. Project and change management skills.
8. International working experience.
