职位描述：
Major Responsibilities主要职能：
1. To prepare the finishing formulation for making new development sample and for running smoothly work flow in production.为新开发的样品准备涂饰配方，以确保顺利生产。
2. Following the strategy for continuous improvement.遵循持续改进计划。
3. To assist the finishing team for the first production lot of new product.帮助涂饰组进行新产品首次量产。
4. Record of finishing R&D formulation and process retainers.记录RND的涂饰配方和制造过程留底。
5. Carry out the development samples according to schedule.根据进度表制作开发样品。
6. Assist to prepare all the quality required onsite document.协助准备所有质量需要的现场文件。
7. Obey safety production rule , and urge on safety production of his department.严格遵守公司的安全生产规程，并督促本部门的安全生产。
8. To responsible for the tasks related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, LWG and CSR within own job scope. 负责本岗位职责范围内的质量管理体系（ISO 9001）、环境管理体系（ISO 14001）、皮革工作小组制革业环境考核及企业社会责任等方面的工作。


Required Skills任职资格：
1. Min 4-6 years working experience in leather finishing and good color matching ability in finishing area.至少4-6年的皮革涂饰领域的工作经验，良好的涂饰调色能力。
2. Middle school graduate or above level.中学或以上水平。
3. Good leather and chemical knowledge.良好的皮革和化工知识。
4. Basic technical English knowledge.基本的技术英语知识。
