1.根据电话行销的销售话术和监听标准，对每日出单的录音进行监听，发现问题及时反馈给TL或培训师进行处理。
Monitor the sound recording of everyday's policies according to the sales speechcraft and monitor standards of telephone marketing, find problems and feedback to TL or trainers
2. 同时遵照国际部要求的质量监控标准对每一份保单的销售录音进行评分，并定期提交报告报表；
Mark the sound recordings of policy sales complying to the quality supervision standards of international departments, submit reports regularly
3. 每月提交电销上月所有出单录音的质量监控报告，对扣分情况进行排名后提交，以供培训师针对报告结果进行有效的培训；
Submit the quality supervision reports of issuing sound recordings on a monthly basis,submit the ranked mark deletions to provide reference for the trainers to arrange effective trainings
4. 定期对扣分的电销销售人员进行辅导与沟通，以提醒和避免质量问题的重复发生。
Help with the tutoring and communicating with telephone marketing stuff with deleted marks to remind and avoid the repetitive quality problems
5. 根据公司的合规要求，协助解决客户的投诉。并根据投诉处理结果，定期制作合规报表，以报告合规执行情况。
Solve clients' claims according to the compliance
requirements, regularly make charts of compliance according to the claims settlements to report the execution of comliance
6.及时向有关部门反馈风险控制信息，并针对发现的问题提出相应的改进意见。
Feedback timely risk-controlling information to related departmetns and raise suggestions for improving the problems
7.负责体系合规报表的编制及报送工作.

1.大专以上学历
Junior college's degree or above
2.两年以上电话中心工作经验。
at least 2 years' experience in calling center
3. 具备良好的分析、判断能力，能迅速、准确的判断销售品质是否良好。
Good analysis and judgment; be able to judge the quality quickly and accurately
4. 遵循职业规范和道德行为，具备较强的合规守法意识。
Conform to career regulations and morals; strong consciousness of obeying laws and regulations
