职位描述：
1、协助项目经理监察、审查、评估及修订物业管理的职能及工作的能力；
2、执行政府各项法规、法令及物业管理公约，与有关各部门保持良好关系；
3、制定项目年度物业管理预算方案，管理日常物业的服务品质、操作管理流程及适当的财务运行情况；
4、妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件；
5、具备给客服人员培训及管理团队能力；
6、负责处理租户、业主投诉。

任职资格
1、专科或以上学历；
2、有一定文书能力，熟练MS office系列软件操作使用；
3、3年以上专业物业管理经验（小区物业经历），其中最少2年管理处日常事务工作经验；
4、熟悉物业管理工作流程、条例及相关法律法规，
5、具备独立处理及跟进管理日常管理事务的能力；
6、有较强的语言表达及沟通能力，善于处理业户投诉事宜 举报 分享
