职位描述：

1) 5年以上办公楼/写字楼，商场物管工作经验；

2) 制定项目年度物业管理方案，管理日常物业的服务品质、操作管理流程及财务运行情况；

3) 熟悉物业服务内容及流程（环境绿化、保安保洁、二次装修消防等）负责监督项目设施设备的验收及维修；

4）能独立完成物管各环节工作报告；

5) 对下属员工进行日常监督管理，保持良好沟通，以提高工作质量；

6) 负责处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；

7) 妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件。
