职位描述：

1、中级自动化技术员（侧重机械方面）

职责：（1）熟练运用proe进行零件绘图，曲面修补，分模；

（2）根据实物或来图设计相关夹具模具，并用3D打印制作；

（3）配合工程师完成自动化项目工作，组装、调试、维护生产现场设备；

（4）做设备、夹具等设计；

（5）装机、调机、试机、修机。

要求：（1）有机械设计基础；

（2）熟悉机械基本配件及其应用；或熟悉气动配件的应用；

（3）服从工作上的调配安排；

（4）工作积极热情细致，好学，刻苦耐劳，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神和服务意识；

（5）有良好的工业安全意识。

2、中级自动化技术员（侧重电器方面）

职责要求：

（1）有电工证；

（2）会看电路图，会接线布线，设计不复杂的电路；

（3）熟练使用常用电气配件，如继电器、空开、接触器、变频器、调速器、各种传感器等；

（4）熟悉气动配件的应用；

（5）服从工作安排，协助工程师完成自动化项目工作，组装、调试、维护生产现场设备；

（6）设计和制作夹具；

（7）装机、调机、试机、修机；

（8）有良好工业安全意识。
