职位描述：
Job Duties:
? Support IT infrastructure and applications to be secure, available and expansible, which could meet the requirement of our rapid developing business. This also helps to get quick response ability to new IT request and IT issue.
? Assist to team leader in daily working, including IT routine process.
? Working hard in new IT project, finish assigned tasks in time as project planning.
? IT Daily HW/SW and IT service operation comply with IT SOP and security

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above, major in IT or related subject.
? IT software/hardware/network knowledge, such as Microsoft/Cisco products
? IT service knowledge, such as ITIL
? Experience in IT service desk/first line support with successful case in deliver a considerable satisfactory service
? Good communication with clients and colleagues
? Team spirit and knowledge sharing
? Good planning skill and time management skill
