1. 充分理解企业的招聘需求，对特定岗位做出完整的职位分析
2. 制定完善的人才寻访方案；
3. 对人才进行初步甄选，完成初步面试，
4. 对人才的职业发展规划充分理解；
5. 向客户企业推荐适合的面试人选；
6. 实时跟踪面试并反馈面试结果；
7. 向企业提供合适人选的背景调查，薪资谈判及后续跟踪；
8. 协调客户与被雇佣者之间的职业关系，关注企业和被雇佣者的职业发展；
9. 深入理解客户企业的发展前景，维护客户关系；
10. 团队招募、组建和培训。

职位要求：
1. 三年以上猎头行业或招聘行业工作经验；
2. 工作勤奋，细心有条理，善于倾听；
3. 有快速消费品，制造业，房地产，IT业，金融或服装业工作经验者优先考虑；
4. 对大型企业人力资源及组织架构有一定了解；
5. 本科以上学历优先，专业不限，英语流利，四级或六级以上优先；
6. 强烈的同理心，好奇心，学习欲和进取心；
7. 行为主动，具有强烈的个人成就感和创新精神；
8. 为他人传递价值的服务精神。


Assistant Consultant
Job Description
1. Fully understand customer's recruiting requirements, and make complete job description for specific position;
2. Make feasible talent searching solutions;
3. Make the first selection among all applicants;
4. Fully understand talents career development planning with mutual suggestions;
5. Recommend fair candidates to customers;
6. Arrange the interview process and provide all necessary assistance both for customers and candidates;
7. Provide customer the intended candidate's background investigation report, with necessary negotiation on position salary, and other services;
8. Coordinate the relationship between customer and the employed applicants;
9. In-depth communication on customer's business development.
10. Procuring, building and training one's own talent-searching team.

Job requirement
1. At least one year experience in talent-searching or recruitment industries;
2. Hard-working, detail-focused, disciplined, and good listener;
3. Working experience on FMCG, Housing & Infrastructure, Manufacture, IT, Finance or Fashion and Clothing industries is preferred;
4. An understanding on human resources and organizational structure of large enterprises is preferred;
5. Bachelor degree is prefered, no major requirement.
6. Excellent English skill both on oral and writing, CET 4 or 6 is preferred,
7. Empathic, fast and progressive learner;
8. Proactive action, creative ideas and individualism on achievement;
