Position: Product Manager
Department: Marketing Dept.
Purpose of position: A Product Manager is to research and promote the responsible product groups in the market to achieve market promotion and sales targets, develop applications of the responsible products and the internal training and external seminar according to products focus and market strategy.

Main job responsibilities:
1) Responsible to define, develop and analyze product applications, including introduction of Germany applications and development of China local market potential applications; follow-up phase-in and phase-out of products and applications; provide products improvement proposals;
2) Responsible for products and applications market competition analysis, including analysis about competitors' customers, products performance and prices comparison and market strategies of competitors;
3) Work with sales team to define the LP and Price strategy, sales price control and special TP request according to the related work flow
4) Participate in the listing of target customers of responsible products; confirm with Sales teams about the interrelated industry key customers list, monthly follow-up Sales team promotion among the key customers and provide amendment suggestions of the key customers lists and sales strategies;
5) Provide new products and new applications training to Application Engineers and Sales teams about the technology and market promotion skills; make interrelated training materials and complete the products training schedule with HR team;
6) Aid Sales teams to confirm annual sales budget; follow-up periodical sales progress of responsible products and provide sales strategy adjustment proposals;
7) Analyze and forecast annual sales figures of responsible products; Work together with Sales teams to achieve products sales budgets;
8) Organize to provide products applications solutions with support of application team for sales projects; for defected products that really need HQ to improve from the product design side, responsible for communiation with HQ
9) Submit annual marketing promotion strategy and action plans of responsible products; implement with Marketing Support team the scheduled products marketing actions; make products catalogs; monitor design of interrelated exhibitions and advertisements of responsible products;

1) Bachelor of related science (automation, engineering, electronics)
2) No less than 3 years automation engineering experience; marketing promotion experience
3) Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese,CET 4 or above; computer skills
4) Strong coordination and communication abilities; technical competence; marketing analyzing/planning/implementing competence;
