职位描述：
Major Responsibility:
1.Evaluate present product and make continuous improvements including costs and warranty reductions. Respond to, identify and recommend solutions to manufacturing and quality issues
2.Design and new product development per specifications. Coordinate design activities to achieve design requirements.
3.Plan, organize, integrate, control and manage NPI projects from concept to production by leading cross functional team
4.Oversee compliance process, such as MEPS, CE and manufacturing certification
5.Managing BOM—Liaising with Suppliers, QC, etc
6.Cataloguing complete range, build and assembly drawings, exploded diagrams, etc.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree , major in mechanical engineering or HVAC engineering
2.Minimum 3 years working experience in commercial equipment or household appliance design and manufacturing, at least 2 years working experience in project management
3.Good knowledge in holding and cooking equipment design.
4.Familiar with sheet metal manufacturing process such as punching, bending, welding, polishing
5.Knowledge in testing instrument such as datalogger, fan gauge, current/voltage meter
6.Experienced in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Windows Office software including Project
7.Knowledge in NSF, FDA, UL and CCC certification process
