AUTHORITY:
Accountable for the quality, design clarity and on-time production of products made with Chinese manufacturers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Take a client brief and develop innovative, practical and cost effective solutions within the Point of Purchase (POP) industry.

-Manage & liaise on product developments between the Display Division in Australia and Chinese Suppliers.

-Demonstrate sound knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes and their suitability for various types of products.

-Work as an integral member of the Display Division Development Team to ensure new products fit customer demands, but also fit into the supplier production process, and that new processes are developed correctly.

-Structure supplier manufacturing process to achieve correct quality and repeatability

-Attend trials and approve parts.

-Schedule workload with direct supervisor to enable best use of time to assist all parties.

-Source new products for the Point of Sale, Retail Display and Digital Signage Industries.

-Evaluate and report on supplier performance



PRE-REQUISITES:
-You must have very strong computer skills with experience in 3D CAD (ideally Solidworks), Adobe Graphic Suite, 3D Studio Max, Vray, CorelDraw and MS Office.

-Knowledge of metal and plastic manufacturing processes.

-A minimum of 3 years of working experience with additional skills on Project Management & Product Development

-Troubleshooting skills coupled with an understanding of best practice products development and production processes.

-Good written and spoken communication in English is ESSENTIAL for this position

-Permanently based in Foshan area of China, traveling required when necessary. Need to have driver license 举报 分享
