Specific Accountabilities
1. Develop the new business unit of Fair, Events and Special Products in Guangzhou.
2. Fulfill the team budget of Sales and GP.
3. On-site Operations and Customer Services support to manage different contractors and workers.
4. Communicate and liaise with overseas offices / agents and attend to all transportation related problems, customer requests and inquiries when required.
5. Handle and solve any complaints from customers / organizers if needed.
6. Support all aspects of sales & marketing with direct contact with customers.
7. Follow up on all sales leads, ensuring they are answered and immediate action is taken.
Skills Required
1. Good command in English and Chinese
2. Excellent PC Knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
3. Good inter-personal skills and communication skills
4. Good time management and judgment
5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
6. Willing to travel occasionally
7. Willing to work on Public Holiday
Experience and Qualifications
1. College or above, preferably in Fairs & Exhibitions
2. Experience with the freight forwarder company is preferred
