职位描述：
Organize and manage all aspects of the HDC and CCAO Manufacturing-Engineering.
Manage the engineering capacities, timelines and priorities to ensure effective and efficient project execution
. Lead and develop the development engineering strategy (product and technology roadmap)
. Responsible for the local China engineering pipeline growth and conversion
. Full responsible for the operation units e.g. PBL vendors
. Drive cost improvement programs based on an accurate understanding of product costs
. Responsible for product quality and drive quality improvement programs
. Responsible for matching capacity and demand, ensuring competitive lead times and delivery performance
. Play a key role in HDC and CCAO related M&A activities (e.g. integration-management, training & coaching of the engineering team of an acquired company)
. Develop a strong operations team

Other duties and skills required:
. Be a key member of the Industrial management team in China
. Key contributor when setting the HDC, CCAO and Deutsch strategy for China
