Job Responsibilities:
1.Leadership & Communication (GL Region Mgmt. / Region MPM team)
# Ensures efficient communication with all internal and external relevant stakeholders, especially LP Global functional heads and PPM Management team.
2.Multi Project Transparency & Monitoring
# Monitors continuously the project status based on its milestone work results with early identification of discrepancies and initiates targeted actions (e.g. escalations)
# Triggers readiness checks to ensure compliance with the Q-Gate status and risk management
# Triggers Q-Gate approvals and monitors existance of documentation according to defined standards
3.Escalation Management
# Throughout the Q-Gate process, assess risk factors in projects utilizing available risk measurement tools
# Proactively informs LP, Global MPM/PPM, LP Region PPM mgmt. and other stakeholders on project deviations
# Trigger and agree with LP stakeholders the strategy for making / mitigating / solving project issues
# Throughout Q-Gate identifies, assesses, and implements all opportunities for improving results
4.Processes, Methods & Tools
# Implements global MPM standards for single/multi-project transparency incl. tools
# Enforces global standards in Project Management policies, Q-Gate processes and related methods, tools and templates within Region MPM
# Drives implementation of PJM standards in PIT teams
5.Knowledge Management
# Drives active sharing of information, knowledge and experience via communication means (Intranet etc.)
# Triggers after project closure lessons learned workshops
# Triggers analysis of information, knowledge and experience, and makes project learnings available
6.Financial Management
# Ensures regular financial controlling and reporting for projects
7.Business Integrity
# Adheres to the Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS (environment, health and safety)
# Involves - if necessary - the respective corporate governance units (e.g. Compliance, Legal Units)
# Forwards all relevant information to the project team members and partners
# Sets up a framework to ensure regular checks of the compliance in the project, e.g. by conducting Compliance Risk (Re-) Assessments at the appropriate milestones / Quality Gates

Job Requirements:
1.> 4 years experience of successfully managing and completing complex projects (A and B-projects)
2.Professional experience in various functions (e.g. R&D, Product Mgmt., Sales, Purch., SCM, Cont.)
