职位描述：
职位主要职责：
主要负责公司的用车、饭堂、安保、办公用品采购等行政后勤工作，协助人力资源部门进行日常的招聘、培训、档案管理等工作。
工作内容：
1、负责公司的行政后勤工作，保证公司的食堂、宿舍、办公环境干净整洁、环境优雅，保证办公设备正常运作；
2、负责公司资产管理、办公用品和劳保用品的管理工作；
3、负责公司车辆的管理和司机的管理工作，包括车辆调度、使用、维护保养，确保车辆及人身的安全；
5、负责公司各项规章制度的推行，执行与追综，维护公司各项规章制度的权威；
6、负责公司各部门的办公秩序和纪律状况，确保工作正常有序无违纪现象；
7、协助人力资源部进行日常的招聘、入离职手续办理、培训的后勤等工作以及人事档案管理等工作；
8、完成上级交办行政经理的各项工作。
任职资格：
1、本科或以上学历；
2、3年或以上的大型企业行政工作的经验；
3、学习能力强，能够独立开展工作，具备良好的沟通、协调和处理问题的能力；
4、熟练操作电脑，办公室软件；
