职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Work with management team to develop quality strategic plan and set up annual goals. Build strong implementation plan and monitor to ensure target achieving.
2.Applies sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.
3.Maintains ISO9001 system and quality assurance procedures to ensure customer requirements are satisfied throughout the facility and at our suppliers
4.Lead all Quality in-house audits, coordinate customers/independent audits and oversees or performs audits to suppliers.
5.Assure compliance to requirements and optimization of process capabilities to ensure product quality, customer service, and cost effectiveness.
6.Control non-conformance both externally and internally. Initiate, implement and verify corrective actions as needed.
7.Lead problem-solving of supplier-related defects, lead supplier improvement initiatives.
8.Analyze manufacturing and suppliers’ quality data and lead problem-solving activities.
9.Lead the team to reduce DPMO, customer complaints, customer returned values and quality cost.
10.Implement SPC and capability studies for quality control.
11.Proactive investigates, identifies, and implements quality procedures and work instructions
12.Provides guidance and training to staff, assists subordinates in attaining career goals, motivates individuals to achieve results, and recruits and maintains a high quality staff.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanicals & Engineering or related discipline.
2.Minimum 8 years experiences in quality management positions in manufacturing, and with quality leadership (supervisor or manager title) for at least 3 years.
3.Solid quality management knowledge, on-hand quality control abilities.
4.Metal related experience (hardware, appliance, automobile, etc,) is required, plating quality control experience will be advantage.
5.Commendable leadership qualities, potentials to grow in career.
6.Good interpersonal relationship and effective communication skills.
7.Logical problem addressing and discussing.
8.Data driven methodology, strategy thoughts and good execution in tactic actions.
9.No barrier in oral English communication, cultivated English email writing.
10.Proficient with Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
11.Fast learner, adoptable, diligent, can work under result-orientated culture. 举报 分享
