职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Improve & update the hiring policy and procedure according to the manpower strategy & needs.
- Be responsible for all the recruitment of DL & IL according to the manpower needs, including but not limited to carry out the hiring activities, select and evaluate the talents, manage & diversify the hiring channels, etc.
- Manage on board and the induction program for new employee and make sure the implementation according to the policy.
- Review and analyze the talent situation/market of both internally and externally to provide valuable solutions with the purpose of retaining and developing talent.
- Manage the labor contracts and employee files for new employees.
- Support MD on management development programs.
- Manage manpower reports.
- Complete other tasks assigned.

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or English is priority
- 5-6 years working experience in Recruitment or other HR functions,
- Good knowledge in labor law and regulations,
- Good at interpersonal skills and can work under pressure.

市光法雷奥（佛山）汽车照明系统有限公司成立于2006年。由日本市光工业株式会社及法国法雷奥集团共同合作投资建成的，占地88，000平方米，是佛山市属重点发展企业之一。目前，工厂的建筑面积为30，000平方米，为了满足公司的发展需求，二期厂房于2012年1月正式动工，预计2012年底投入使用。公司现有雇员1000多人，拥有注塑、镀膜、总装等工艺。主要生产设备、研究开发设备及检测设备均从日本市光引进。公司的客户有丰田，日产，市光工业，比亚迪，长安标志，大众等。

公司实行5天工作制，每天工作8小时（8：30～12：00　　13：00～17：30）
公司配有通勤班车至佛山城区及广州（珠江新城）。
