1. Install and maintain company EHS guidelines and monitor the implementation.

2. Initiate and follow up improvement actions required by company audit at different level.

3. Follow up and monitoring EHS KPI, and improvement actions.

4. Be responsible for EHS related governments' liaison, to maintain the EHS permits and regulation

conformance monitoring and investigation by governments.

5. Develop and implement a strong EHS performance culture throughout the organization with all levels

of employees through communication processes, EHS Process gap analysis, effective training

solutions, EHS performance appraisal.

6. Implement outsourced EHS services control, including outsourced warehouse, dangerous

waste treatment etc.

7. Identify PPE requirement for each position; be wholly responsible for the implementation of

correct PPE in local Plant.

8. Identify and setup the risks matrix and approve work permit in local plant.

9. Lead the Implementation of PSM programs based on Corporate EHS strategy.

10. Work together with HR on occupational health checking and monitoring the staff occupation health

trend.

11. Implement the company IH sampling plan, monitoring the IH status in local Plant.

12. Firefighting system maintain to fulfill company and regulation requirements.

13. Work as security leader, to maintain local plant day to day safety.

14. Setup and update the emergency network in local plant.

15. Other tasks that could add value to EHS required by company.



Requires: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, safety, engineering, environment or equivalent; fluency in Chinese, fluency in English reading and writing, at least (3) years experience in a chemical plant EH&S management. Familiar with formula based production, China EH&S laws and regulations, keep experience in ISO14001/OHSAS18001. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
