职位描述
MISSION
The main objective is to administrate the quality function through the coordination of activities related with planning, training and quality improvement of the assigned projects in order to achieve the Division and the Customer objectives.
MAIN DUTIES
· To represent the Quality Department on the platform being a support for the Program Manager in order to achieve the Project(s) objectives.
· To teach and show the other PTM's the concepts from the different norms such as ISO TS16949, Valeo 1000 and Valeo 5000.
· To participate on the training for staff personnel on all related to Quality System.
· To realize audits to the system and process to the APU assigned according the internal auditory plan.
· To follow up on the corrective actions implementation when a quality problem was detected, and makes sure that there is not going to repeat same problem on new or similar projects, check all documentation and process required in order to complete this last activity.
· Is responsible of Project documentation administration Such as: QAPP, Customer Process Approval (PSO, run @ rate etc) documents, PPAP's etc.
· Is responsible for initial simples presentation with customer (PPAP).
· To innovate the controls, tooling and gages required for the Quality System implementation on a production line.
· To validate within the plant (internally) and with the customer all changes on process, product, system and components if the change is done during the Project life.
· To visit the customer when follow up is required due quality problems during the Project life.
· To participate on Project meetings and inform to the Process Quality Engineer about activities related to the APU.
· To participate on process approval by customer (PSO)
· Is responsible to stop the process line when a deviation from specification is found or request an authorized deviation to keep producing.
· To communicate to the N+1 any situation about the position.
· To assure the quality of her/his job, be involved on the security programs and objectives, also cost reduction plan, contingency plan
· To assure a good production launch being aware of quality indicators and participate with the Project team for at least 3 months alter production launch and until phase 4B is validated.
TRAINING AND PROFIL
Experience in Quality functions of 3 to 5 years minimum in high volume industry (automotive a +).
Chinese Language + Good command of the English language are mandatory.
