Position: Accountant / Junior Accountant

Job Description in details:

1. Assist the Chief Account

2. Handling accounting business of group companies. Including task as below

3. Cash and bank account management

4. Expense payment

5. Staff salary payment

6. Tax calculation

7. Handle input VAT invoice

8. Collect payment documents

9. Compile voucher

10. Prepare financial statement and keep file

11. tax declaration according to Gov. regulation

12. Handle exporting invoice including buying, keeping, issuing and cancelling

13. License renewal

14. Monthly and yearly calculation

15. Contact with the goverment

16. Provide exporting price and contract with custom declaration agent for exporting business

17. Stock booking for importing business

18. Special tasks

Requirements:
1. College graduate or above
2. Above 5 years ‘relevant working experience, at least 1 year working experience in exporting accounting business and rich experience with foreign company certificate renewal is required
3.Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
4.Attention to details and can follow instructions carefully
5.Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office

6.Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
