Position: Order Administration

Job Description in details:

1. prepare customer invoice

2. Update the list of sales amount

3. Control suppliers invoice

4. Makes file with signature

5. Offer sheet controlling

6. Container overview

7. All communications with suppliers in a file (A-Z), also telephone notice etc.

Requirements:

1. College graduate or above
2. Above 3 years'relevant working experience, preferably in multinational company
3.Good command of spoken and written English
4.Attention to details and can follow instructions carefully
5.Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office

6.Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
