岗位职责:

Position : (Senior) Brand Communication Specialist
Division : OAKLEY CHINA BRAND COMMUNICATION TEAM
Location : Shanghai
Job Summary
The (Senior) Communication Specialist is responsible for execution and activation on OAKLEY China brand communication, prioritizing on PR. Social Digital Communication, in order to support brand manager to manage daily execution on brand communication and coordinating outsourcing agencies working as one team. As well as to support event & sports marketing function to maximize the event/KOLs' media impact in order to drive brand awareness, TA affinity and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
?Brand Communication Assets Management : Support brand manager to track and collect global brand communication materials, manage outsourcing localization quality;
?Support brand manager in delivering direct support and guidance to external business partners on brand presence in all formats;
Functional daily execution in coordination with outsourcing agencies:
?PR
oSupport brand manager addressing PR release copywriting based on global guideline for seasonal new launch or brand events and executing 1 on 1 media pitch;
oSupport brand manager on monitor agency supporting projects' copywriting & brand presence to maintain 1 brand tonality;
oMaintain and update media pool for consistent daily media communication, in order to win best ROI media exposure opportunities for consistent brand exposure on targeted medias;
?Social
oCollecting brand materials for outsourcing agency on daily social platform content creating; Monitor social content and campaign quality to maintain 1 brand tonality and along with global guideline.
oContributing creative ideas for certain social campaign projects and assist on campaign execution;
?Digital Marketing other potential digital initiatives support according to business need.


任职资格:

Education:
?4 year college degree and above
Experience:
?Est.2-3 years of Directly Related Experience on PR, Social/Digital Communication
Required Qualifications
?Passionate with sports brand, entrepreneur mindset working for an developing in-house brand team; CAN DO attitude
?Fast learner and ability to work under pressure
?An active team player with strong execution ability, a calm mind coordinator to leverage multi third parties to work as one team;
?Solid competency in PR/Social campaign management to control timeline and deliverables;
?Fluent verbal and written En & Cn communication skills, ability to localize American style brand culture into local friendly presence with creative thinking
