Job Description:

职责描述：

1.Develop and research potential domestic customers to expand company business and marketing share;

通过对国内潜在客户的开发和调查，扩大公司的业务范围及市场份额；

2.To understand customer’s latest technical and commercial request according to more detailed communication, and look for new opportunity for business expansion;

通过对现有国内客户的深入沟通，了解客户最新的技术以及商务需求，更深入的挖掘寻找业务扩大机会；

3.Lead ENG, GSCM, MFG and FIN to provide and monitor the action of TVM proposal, including new RFQs and current production parts;

组织工程，采购，生产以及财务等部门，提出和监督执行成本节约的方案，包括新项目的报价以及现有量产产品；

4.Assesses competitive market data and makes new product recommendations on a regular basis;

评估竞争市场数据，并且定期提出新产品的建议；

5.Collecting market data by using all relevant sources (customers, professional associations, platforms);

通过一些可行的资源获得市场的最新信息；

6.Provide on-time customer visiting reports, expense reports, business tracking reports and monthly reports;

提供及时的客户拜访、费用、业务跟踪和月度报告；

7.All other necessary assignments.

Requirements:

任职要求：

1.University degree or above in business or in engineering;

大学本科学历以上，商务或工程类专业；

2.Above 5 years related experience in the automotive/mechanical industry;

5年以上汽车或机械行业相关工作经验；

3.Working experience in automotive industry is preferred;

汽车行业经验会被优先考虑；

4.Good computer skills, fluent oral and written English;

熟练的计算机操作能力，流利的英语口头和书写能力；

5.Good integrity, strong negotiating skills and communication ability;

为人正直，具备优秀的谈判和沟通能力；

6.Excellent presentation skills;

出色的演讲技巧；

7.Excellent capability of business development;

出色的业务开拓能力；

8.The ability to travel frequently.

适应经常性的出差。

9. The ability of speaking English and Japanese.
