职位描述：
1. 以“客户的角度”对产品进行检测；
2. 对产品进行试驾&试运转，根据CNH 对产品缺陷的分类与评级标准给产品评分；
3. 每天汇总、记录CQA(Customer Quality Audit)报告，召开CQA通报会议；
4. 维护CQA报告数据库，每月汇报当月的CQA报告、产品缺陷分类汇总情况；
5. 使用WCM工具，帮助生产线解决出现的产品缺陷；
6. 根据客户、经销商的反馈，校正CQA标准，更新产品检验报告；
7. 协助生产线主管更新QA检查表和QA矩阵。

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历,机械类相关专业,有相关质量控制方面的经验；
2. 至少3年以上工作经验, 农业机械或汽车制造行业从事过生产制造或质量管理的经验优先；
3. 良好的英语听说读写能力；
4. 熟悉相关的质量工具和工艺要求；
5. 要求熟练的计算机操作技能包括MS OFFICE, CAD；
6. 良好的沟通能力及团队意识。

工作地点： 广东

Job description:

1. Conduct quality inspection of finished vehicles with the “Eyes of the Customer”.
2. Road Test & Visually inspect units, record and allocate demerit points following the CQA standard for all defects.
3. Input the defects found into the Plant Quality Tracking Database and produce reports on a daily basis for the CQA review each day..
4. Maintain CQA records for each product range in line with the Central Quality dashboard requirements to be reported on a monthly basis.
5. Be able to assist in CQA problem resolution teams using WCM tools.
6. Take part in customer / dealer / importer Joint PDI exercises to maintain calibration with customer expectations.
7. Update QA network and QA matrix with assembly line supervisor.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics, quality management experience is preferred;
- At least three years experience in manufacturing industry or automotive industry, , preferably in production engineering or quality engineering management.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Relevant quality tool and techniques.
- Computer skills including MS Office and CAD.
- Good communicator and team member.
