装配工艺专家


教育背景：

本科以上学历，机械工程专业；至少5-7年工业生产或汽车制造方面工作经验。

语言能力：

具有优秀的英语听说读写能力。

技能：

我们需要一位经验丰富的机械工程师，在装配流程方面有卓越的知识，对工艺图纸有深入理解，了解输送设备和物料运输的专用知识，尤其是在以下方面：

· 悬挂式输送系统（Power & free systems）

· 板条输送机和滑移线（Slat conveyor and skid lines）

· 自动引导运输车系统（AGV）

· 电动工具

· 装配夹具和专用设备

· 物料运输设备

· 流程的质量控制技能

拥有先进的WCM相关知识或“精益生产”工具和技术方面的知识。

熟悉工业物流和工业工程技术。

具有良好的沟通技巧和团队精神，能够分析数据和应用新技术，具有高度的积极主动性。

熟练掌握AutoCAD、3D CAD软件(例如：Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWork, Katia等)。

熟练使用Office办公软件。



JOB DESCRIPTION: Assembly process Expert


EDUCATION:

Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5-7 years experience in manufacturing of industrial or automotive vehicles.

LANGUAGE:

A good English knowledge is mandatory, both spoken and written.

SKILLS:

Experienced Mechanical Engineer with excellent knowledge of assembly process with a deep understanding of technical drawings and know how on conveyors equipment and material handling, in particular:

· Power & free systems

· Slat conveyor and skid lines

· Chain and truck-veyor lines

· AGV systems

· power tools

· Assembly fixtures and special equipment

· material handling equipment

· process quality control techniques

Advanced knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Lean production tools and techniques

Good knowledge of Industrial Logistics (material flow and feeding) and Industrial Engineering techniques

The role requires good communications skills and team working, the ability to analyze data and apply new technologies, with a high degree of self motivation.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D CAD software (as Pro/Engineer, SolidWork, Katia, etc) Robocat simulation and Microsoft Office will be necessary.


ACTIVITIES

Perform the engineering activities in term of concept layout study, detailed layout deployment, FMEA and control plan analysis, co design with the suppliers during the equipment design and build and equipment try out.

Drive product engineering and platform during the product development phase or suggest alternate solution in line with design-to-assemble principles and cost optimization concepts.

Identify specs and quantities of the required assembly tools, equipment and machineries based on production and product requirements

Analyze and develop Capital investment budget and spending collaborating with Finance and Industrial Control.

Prepare technical specifications for new equipment and machineries

Follow and support the installation of assembly line and equipments, implementation and production launch activities.

Provide technical support for new projects (footprint, in-sourcing study etc.)

Develop assembly cycles, Standard Operating Procedures, One Point Lessons and all necessary visual aids and documentation required to all the assembly activity (sub-assemblies and main assembly line) in line with CNH standards.

Establish the best practices and guide the standard utilization for all assembly activities in the plant

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

The role requires good communications skills and team working, the ability to analyze data and apply new technologies, with a high degree of self motivation.

Ability to manage projects with different aspects and actors and readiness to identify need of support in specific areas with good level of autonomy.

Analytical skills and ability to communicate efficiently technical and non-technical information; readiness to learn and develop new technical aspects and promote innovation and continuous improvement

Ability to establish good work relations with peers and above grade managers.

Respect / understanding of different business cultures

International mobility.
