制造焊接工艺专家


教育背景：

本科以上学历，机械工程专业；至少5-7年生产制造或工程方面的工作经验。

必须具备技术资格证和焊接资格证。

语言能力：

具有优秀的英语听说读写能力。

技能：

我们需要一位经验丰富的机械工程师或技师，了解技术制图，精通制造工艺（切割、压锻和焊接），尤其是在以下方面：

·金属板切割

·金属板弯折

·点焊

·堆焊 (MIG/MAG, TIG)

·夹具和工具制造

·加工过程质量控制和改进技术（应用“持续改进”、“世界级制造业”和“精益生产”的原则）

生产工艺方面（装配、加工）的基本知识，工业物流和工程技术方面的基本知识。

具有良好的沟通技巧和团队精神，能够分析数据和应用新技术，具有高度的积极主动性。

熟练掌握AutoCAD、3D CAD软件(例如：Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWork, Katia等)。

熟练使用Office办公软件。




JOB DESCRIPTION: Fabrication and Welding process Expert


EDUCATION:

Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5-7 years experience in manufacturing/engineering activity.

Technical qualification and welding certification are considered preferential requisites.

LANGUAGE:

A good English knowledge is mandatory, both speaking and writing.

SKILLS:

Experienced Mechanical Engineer or technician with a deep understanding of technical drawings and of Fabrication processes (cutting, press and welding) in particular:

·Sheet metal cutting (shearing, punch-pressing, laser cutting)

·Sheet metal bending and press brakes

·Spot Welding

·Bead welding (MIG/MAG, TIG)

·Fabrication fixtures and toolings

·Process quality control and process improvement techniques (using the principles of Continuous Improvement, WCM and Lean Production).

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly, machining), industrial logistics and industrial engineering techniques.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D CAD software (as ProEngineer, SolidWork, Katia, etc) Robocat simulation and Microsoft Office.

ACTIVITIES

Liaise with Product Platforms and Engineering for the definition f the manufacturing requirements for new products manufacturing.

Study and identify process for production of fabricated parts, identifying the necessary machinery, equipment, fixtures and tooling (cutting, bending, welding, grinding and machining) including the evaluation of potential suppliers and the validation of technical specifications, capacity constraints, machines utilization/OEE, labor requirements, running costs, process quality.

Prepare technical specifications for new machineries purchasing.

Perform the engineering activities in term of concept layout study, detailed layout deployment, FMEA and control plan analysis, co design with the suppliers during the machinery and equipment design and build and equipment try out.

Follow directly the machinery and equipment installations, in the plant, driving the production launch activities and necessary adjustments to guarantee smooth and defect free production.

Develop feasibility studies and project plans (specification, investment, timing, resources, M/B and source study, cost analysis, layouts...) to be presented for management approval.

Develop welding and fabrication cycles, Standard Operating Procedures, One Point Lessons and all necessary visual aids and documentation required to all the assembly activity in line with CNH standards.

Establish the best practices and guide the standard utilization for all fabrication activities in the plant

Coordinate activities with the CNH Industrial Coordination team and Central Manufacturing Engineering.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

The role requires good communications skills and team working, the ability to analyze data and apply new technologies, with a high degree of self motivation.

Ability to manage projects with different aspects and actors and readiness to identify need of support in specific areas with good level of autonomy.

Analytical skills and ability to communicate efficiently technical and non-technical information; readiness to learn and develop new technical aspects and promote innovation and continuous improvement

Ability to establish good work relations with peers and above grade managers.

Respect / understanding of different business cultures

International mobility.
