2. 5-7年工业企业或汽车公司物流管理工作经验，或一级汽车供应商的经验
3. 物流分析，库房和物料运输系统的知识和工作经验
4. 能够管理库存水平，保持库存的一致性，提高库存周转率
5. 优秀的英语听说读写能力
6. 熟练的计算机技能(Excel, Word, Access等)
7. 熟练使用SAP或其他系统

Basic Function: Brief statement indicating why the role exists and its functions
Responsible to implement, drive and manage internal logistics flows, including inbound material receiving, warehouse management, line feeding and finished product store and shipping.
responsible for the planning and scheduling of direct and indirect material requirements of the production. The position is responsible for the coordinated development and implementation of the CKD/SKD initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in cooperation with global SCM plans and assures availability and continuity of material supply as required.
Responsible for demand management, MRP, scheduling of internal and external supply chains, supplier performance (quality and delivery), Logistics.
Develop budget and Inventory control measures.
Deliver world-class delivery, inventory and supplier performance with a focus on quality, on-time delivery and competitive costs.
Review and analyze Suppliers Lead time, production bottleneck, to define an adequate capacity and flexibility to bring the material flow to a world class level.
Recommend and take corrective action on top critical suppliers.

Responsibilities and accountabilities: Outline the primary responsibilities of the authority level of the position (i.e. budget approval)

Job Requirements and qualifications: Describe the basic requirements of the position. Include: previous functional experience , technical skills/knowledge, management experience, key business experiences (i.e. turnaround, P&L responsibility, international, start-ups), certifications, education, licensing


- University and/or Master degree
- 5-7 years experience in as logistics head in industrial/automotive vehicle companies or Tier 1 Automotive supplier experience
- Material flow analysis, warehouse and material handling systems knowledge/experience
- Ability to manage inventory levels, keep under control inventory consistency and increase inventory turns.

Additional job requirements (if any): Include eligibility, mobility, languages and proficiency, specific CNH work experience


- Fluent in English
- Good computer skills ( Excell, Word,Acces)
- Experience in systems implementation (SAP or others)
