喷涂工艺专家


教育背景：

本科以上学历，机械或化学工程专业；至少5-7年生产喷涂方面工作经验。

语言能力：

具有优秀的英语听说读写能力。

技能：

了解工业或汽车制造工艺相关的喷涂系统，对技术制图和规格有深入了解，了解输送机、自动化设备和化学制剂方面的专业知识，尤其是在以下方面：

· 喷涂系统（高温低温、预处理、涂装、底漆面漆、溶剂/水或粉末喷涂）

· 喷涂应用系统（使用手册和自动机械）

· 悬挂式输送机（Power &free systems）、链式输送机（chain conveyors）和滑移线（skid lines）

· 用于表面处理的涂料和化学制剂

· 新系统的设计

· 喷涂过程的质量控制

拥有先进的WCM相关知识或“精益生产”工具和技术方面的知识。

具有良好的沟通技巧和团队精神，能够分析数据和应用新技术，具有高度的积极主动性。

熟练使用AutoCAD、自动化软件和Office办公软件。



JOB DESCRIPTION: Painting Process Expert


EDUCATION:

Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with at least 5-7 years experience in manufacturing painting plants.

LANGUAGE:

A good English knowledge is mandatory, both speaking and writing.

SKILLS:

Knowledge of manufacturing process related to painting systems for industrial/automotive vehicles, with a deep understanding of technical drawings and specs, know how on conveyors, automation equipment and chemicals, in particular:

· Paint systems (high/low temperature, pre-treatments, e-coat, primer and topcoat, solvent/water or powder painting)

· Paint application systems (manual and Robot)

· Power &free systems, chain conveyors and skid lines

· Paint and chemicals for surface treatment

· New system design

· Paint process quality control

Good knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Lean production tools and techniques

The role requires good communications skills and team working, the ability to analyze data and apply new technologies, with a high degree of self motivation.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Simulation and automation SW, Microsoft Office will be necessary.

ACTIVITIES

Study and identify right painting process for components, identifying the necessary layout, and painting cycle

Prepare technical specifications for the purchase of new painting systems.

Evaluate potential suppliers and validate technical specifications, capacity constraints, system utilization/OEE, labor requirements, running costs, process quality.

Perform the engineering activities in term of concept layout study, detailed layout deployment, investment estimation, FMEA and control plan analysis, co design with the suppliers during the equipment design and build and equipment try out.

Follow directly the system and equipment installations, in the plant, driving the production launch activities and necessary adjustments to guarantee smooth and defect free production.

Develop feasibility studies and project plans (specification, investment, timing, resources, M/B and source study, cost analysis, layouts...) to be presented for management approval.

Provide technical support for painting activities and projects (footprint, in-sourcing study etc.)

Interfacing with paint and chemicals suppliers by organizing monthly meetings

Develop painting cycles, Standard Operating Procedures, One Point Lessons and all necessary visual aids and documentation required to all the painting activity in line with CNH standards.

Establish the best practices and guide the standard utilization for all assembly activities in the plant

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

The role requires good communications skills and team working, the ability to analyze data and apply new technologies, with a high degree of self motivation.

Ability to manage projects with different aspects and actors and readiness to identify need of support in specific areas with good level of autonomy.

Analytical skills and ability to communicate efficiently technical and non-technical information; readiness to learn and develop new technical aspects and promote innovation and continuous improvement

Ability to establish good work relations with peers and above grade managers.

Respect / understanding of different business cultures

International mobility.
