职位描述Job Description:

Use APU job resource and make sure to fit requirement of job. Leading APU, solve the problem in production to confirm regular operation, and meet requirement of customer. Participation in budget preparation, production planning etc.
使用APU（汽车雾灯，刹车灯自主生产单元）资源，并确保资源满足工作要求。领导APU的生产，及时解决生产中出现的问题，确保生产线正常运转，满足内部客户的需求。积极参与预算准备和生产计划等工作。

Follow up the KOSU, TRP, PPM, QCDM in production line, and keep updating and achieve target. Coordinate VPS workshops as 5S, Hoshin, TPM, SMED...
跟踪生产线每日KOSU、TRP、PPM、QCDM、等指标，并持续改进，完成目标。积极配合5S, Hoshin, TPM, SMED 以及VPS工作

Follow the production document to arrange produce, control the process, report result,follow the spare parts situation and pass information.
按照生产作业单安排生产，监督过程，汇报结果，跟踪零件状况，向上道工序传递需求信息。

Response for the management of time, valuation, performance, and salary of workers.
负责操作工的工作时间管理、评估、绩效考核和薪资管理。

Keep safe and incentive environment, build atmosphere of APZ team.
维护一个安全的，激励的环境，营造一个良好的APZ团队工作氛围。

Control kinds of cost, reduce the cost of manufacture and quality.
对车间的各种费用进行控制，努力降低制造成本和质量成本。

Assist operation of new production plan, and testing for new production
协助新产品计划实施，配合新产品试制。

Deploy the 5-axes, V5000 policy to continue updating.
贯彻5轴心、V5000等标准并持续改进。

Use QRQC tool to make response, find the reason and follow action when accident happened in the production line.
当生产线出现任何异常，使用QRQC等工具快速反应并寻找根本原因，跟踪解决措施结果。

Make safety, quality, maintenance and process training to assist other department, train staff to have kinds of skill.
协助其他部门，做好操作工的安全、质量、维护、工艺等知识培训，培养员工的多岗位多技能。

Define and approve the standard of production line with the help of supporting department, control the standard in the operation, give correction if there is any action different with standard.
在支持部门的帮助下，定义和批准生产线的工作标准，监督操作工按照作业标准进行操作，任何违背标准的给予纠正指导。

Response for the defending and maintenance of machine.
负责设备和工装的一级预防性维护保养。

Response for the field management in APZ to get the target of 5S.
负责APU内的现场管理，达到5S目标。

Response for the management of clothes, tools, kinds of documents, and keep them effective.
负责现场工装、检具、量具的管理，以及各种文件的管理，确保其有效。

Establish visualization operation instruction with the help of technical engineer according to process documents and controlling plan of PPAP production.
根据PPAP产品的工艺文件和控制计划，在工艺/质量/维修工程师的支持下完成可视化作业指导书的编制。

Response for the updateing data of QCD and QRMC board, make plan and finish target.
负责生产线QCD板和QRMC板等相关数据的更新，并制定计划完成目标。根据物流的要求和QCDM标准(质量,成本,发交和激励),确保产品质量。

Ensure that work and performance standards are set within your production line with the appropriate contribution of operators
确保生产线的工作和生产定额的设定与操作工的能力相称。

Ensure enforcement of employment, health, safety and environmental rules
严格执行职业、健康、安全和环保的守则。

Direct Leadership of workers for the his production zones/lines; full scope of people management and development
指导工人管理自己的生产区域/生产线,充分发挥和发展人的管理能力;

岗位要求：

-大学本科或以上学历（机械工程、工业工程等机械相关专业）

-在装配生产车间工作，3～5年以上生产管理或工艺工程等相关经验，对汽车行业感兴趣，能承受有压力与挑战的工作

-具备精益生产相关的知识，例如Kaizen, 7种浪费，可视化管理，KANKAN，JIT生产组织等

-良好的英语听说写能力，出色的沟通领导能力

-根据生产的需要，能接受倒班工作
