MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for developing and executing on an integrated recruitment strategy for our corporate teams in China/Overseas.
? Accountable for sourcing and recruiting for varied roles across the corporate organization.
? Develops innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current needs, as well as the future growth of the business.
? Ensures interview and selection process is delivered consistently.
? Possess exceptional organizational skills to manage new and existing needs in multiple departments at one time.
? Demonstrates personal credibility and impact through effectively leading candidates and hiring manager interview process.
? Creates and maintains relationships with other business and HR functions through partnerships to maximize total strategic Talent Management and Talent Acquisition alignment.
? Develops and maintains strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.
? Demonstrates personal credibility and impact through influencing others and communicating clearly.



KEY REQUIREMENT:

? 2 to 4 years recruiting experience, Pharmaceutical or Health Care industry experience is a MUST.
? Success sourcing and recruiting for roles in a corporate and/or headhunting firm environment.
? Strong communication skills and ability to build confidence and trust in leading the recruitment process.
? Flexible, adaptive problem solver.
? Excellent interpersonal, management, and networking/influencing skills
