职位描述
主要工作职责：
1、根据计划进行设备点检及保养、设备润滑、设备改善等工作；
2、针对影响安全、品质、生产运行的设备问题和故障进行相应的维修、改善工作；
3、对设备故障、问题进行解析，提出对策报告；定期总结设备运行状况，提出改善；
4、团队意识强，能在压力环境下工作，适应加班、倒班；
5、熟悉设备预防性维护(TPM)，具有实际动手能力；
6、备件的安全库存；
任职资格：
1、 中专以上学历，自动化、机电维修等专业，5年设备维修工作经验；
2、 能看懂电气、机械图纸，对西门子PLC有一定的了解、能独立解决设备故障问题；
3、 有发泡、装配线设备维修、维护工作经历优先考虑；
4、 熟悉液压系统、气动的维修；并有实际操作能力；
5、具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力；服从上级领导的工作安排；

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. Lear Foshan is to be built to produce Setting System for FAW VW and Daimler, will produce Audi A3 and Tiger, total annual output is about RMB 70 million. With industry leading customer development, Lear Foshan is ready to grow at fast pace.
