Responsibilities

1.To assist in implementation of internal and external audit.协助执行公司内外部审计。

2.Performs the following functions related to general ledger: 主要负责以下总帐事务：

• To manage and maintain the accounting system in respect of inventory.维护和管理财务系统存货模块
• Prepares all statistical entries every end of closing and load the same to the general ledger.收集统计每月末结帐凭证数据并在总帐中录制相关凭证
• Printing of all financial reports and data every end of the month.整理月度财务报表和数据。
• Prepares journal entries for cash advances liquidations and expense reports.准备现金日记帐分录进步清算和费用报告。预付款跟踪和费用报告
• Prepares journal entries for all accruals including freight, utilities, employee benefits and all other plant operating expenses计提各项费用，包括运费、耗用品、福利和其他工厂运营费用。
• Prepares monthly reconciliation of other Current Accounts, Miscellaneous Accruals and other schedules.复核往来帐户余额、费用帐户及其他

3.Responsible for the issuance and monitoring of all department accountable forms Sales Invoices, Scrap Tickets, Petty Cash Voucher, Receiving Discrepancy Report and Official Receipts负责复核和管理各部门复核各项报销资料

4.Monitors property gate pass issuance and prepares a month-end register. 监督资产的发放和月度登记

5.Prepares document cut-off information every month-end.负责月结时的文件的整理。

6.Monitors and ensures completeness of monthly reconciliation for all accounts and ensures they are properly filed.监控并确保完整性的月度往来账户,确保无误。

7.Ensures that all plant reports, schedules and documents are properly filed/ bookbinder.按集团要求完成相关报表。

8.Responsible for analysis of variances in manufacturing costs, cost center report and AR track against last month on a monthly basis after month-end closing. Completion of month end AR and GL analysis package and ad hoc management accounting analysis as directed.负责所有月末结账后制造成本的差异分析，成本中心费用报告和应收帐款跟踪。

9.To assist in setting up new manufacturing system and financial system.协助生产制造系统和财务系统的建立。

Qualifications任职资格:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance mangement or relative.本科学历，财务管理或相关专业毕业。

2.At least Three years of accounting/finance experience in foreign companies至少3年相关岗位的外企工作经验；

3. Solid experience in financial accounting and PRC tax ordinance 熟悉财务相关法规和税法；

4. Good command of Cash Flow Management对现金流管理有一定了解；

5. Knowledge of US GAAP is preferable 了解美国会计准则；

6. Accounting Certificate is available持会计上岗位；

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通和表达能力；

8.Proficiency in written English 英语读写良好

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group.
