Key Responsibility：

1.Explore and Development Marketing:

a.Searching for potential customers, identify products, set up communication.

b.Collecting and analysis marketing information, and then provide data for making sales and marketing decisions. According to marketing and company’s strategy, establish sales forecast and planning, and practice it.

c.Receiving customer visit, complete technical showcase, and answer all kind of questions of customers.

2. Contract：

a. Review product drawings and technical specifications, and communication with customers. Hold and finish feasibility analysis.

b.Commercial negotiation, contract signing.

c.Receiving orders.

3.Order processing, Following up with contracted project.

a. Coordinating with other departments, chasing to achieving the promised quality, quantities and timing.

b.Monitor delivery and quality performance.

c. Communication with customer on the progress of the project in time. Feedback and dealing with customer complaints and suggestions, according to related department to improve the customer service.

d. payment follow up.

4.Customer maintain, technical service:

a. Set up customer file

b.Long – term following up and maintenance

c.Set up and keep good company reputation, and customer satisfication

Qualification:

1.College degree or above

2. Minimum 2 year working experiences in sales, automotive industry experience is preferred

3. Proficient in English or Germany

4. Confident, self-motivated and have passion for achieving success

5. Willing to travel and work under pressure.

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWFS Group. FAWFS Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. Lear Foshan is to be built to produce Setting System for FAW VW and Daimler, will produce Audi A3 and Tiger, total annual output is about RMB 70 million.
