Responsibilities:

-装配的产品和过程工作 Assembly PE &Process

-新项目中的相关工作 relevant job in project team

• 配合新项目中的设备安装和调试负责新设备的验收工作，包括验收文件.Take part in new equipment installation, adjustment and acceptance, include documentary.
• 新设备的生产能力和初始工序能力的验证.New machine production capacity and PPK review.
• 根据产品的要求制定质量标准.Make quality standard according to product specification.
• 对生产用的工装，模具，生产线物料布置的设计提出建议.Give advice about tooling, mould and material layout of production line design.
• 参与产品和过程参数的设定.Take part in setting product and process specification.
• 支持操作工的数量定义及产能爬坡计划.Support operator quantity definition and ramp up planning.

-正常生产时的技术工作 serial production technology job

• 负责ECR按流程实施并致力于解决问题.Responsible ECR procedure following and also for problem solving.
• 制定并更新工艺流程图Prepare and update process flow chart.
• 指导生产部更新工作指导书.Support production department to update work instruction.
• 负责执行工程更改并负责BOM的准确性.Implement ECR and ECO and ensure the BOM is correct.
• 对顾客的工程规范进行评审.Review customer engineering specification.
• 更新技术文件如：PFMEA update technical document: PFMEA…
• 制定防错措施并监控使用情况.Setting POKE YOKE and monitoring running.
• 设备和工艺参数的设定和调整.Setting and adjusting process parameter.
• 生产中急需的工装和检测设备的设计，制造和验收.Designing, manufacturing and acceptance tools and measuring tooling needed in production line.
• 过程能力Cpk的监控.Monitoring CPK.
• 参与产品的试验计划的制定.Take part in product test plan.
• 工作中危险源的识别和安全设施的设置.Identify the risk resource and set safety device in production line.
• 过程中质量和效率的改进.Process improvement on quality and efficiency.

-解决生产中问题 problem solving in production

• 在生产出现质量问题和停机时采取行动.Take actions when quality problem or shutdowns happen in production.
• 配合设备的维修和维护.Co-operate with maintenance to repair and maintenance machine.
• 参与分析顾客拒收产品的分析和试验.Take part in the test and analysis of customer reject product.
• 参与预防和纠正措施的制定和验证.Take part in preventive and corrective action.
• 产品安全责任人Product safety responsibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
• Requires 3+ years large size corporation experience.
• Specific experience requirement in plastics/mechanical /chemical fields are needed.
• Middle level professional qualification certificate
• Good foreign language skill in writing and speaking
• Good skill for reading and designing the technical drawings.
• Familiar with operating of computer software-Ms office package, Auto-CAD, Protel &Catia
• Familiar with quality technique as FMEA, DFM, DFA…QFD etc.
