Job Description:

1)Responsible for all C&B related services, including monthly salary calculation & payment timely & accurate, social insurance & Housing fund handling, benefits administration, etc.

2)Assist in C&B data collection and analysis, such as labor cost budgeting and monitoring, PMT, Bonus, annual salary review and salary structure design.

3)Handle employee’s individual tax to Tax Bureau.

4)Managing the labor agency and dispatched workers payroll/Social insurance.

5)Responsible for C&B implementation: employee on-boarding, transfer, promotion and termination process, employees labor contract signing, social insurance transaction.

6)Assist in Set up HR Policy and procedures.

7)Maintain HRIS system and employee personnel file, ensure that all HR reports and records are properly and timely.

8)Ad hoc assigned by HR Manager.

Requirement

1)Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or Account or Audit or related major.

2)At least 2 years C&B experience in foreign enterprise or Joint Venture.

3)Good knowledge of China Labor Law and local employment regulation.

4)Good analytical skill, communication skill & problem solving skills.

5)Initiative, carefulness, responsible, teamwork, detail-oriented, mature.

6)Ability to work independently and under pressure.

7)Good computer skills (Excel, word) required.

8)Good command of English and mandarin.
